"Easy exchange and friendly service"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size in a set and thought sorting it out would take ages, maybe a couple of weeks or something. But it was straightforward. I filled out the return/exchange form, sent it back, and got updates along the way without needing to chase anyone. The new size turned up faster than I expected too, in about a few days. The only thing I’d say is the sizing could be a bit clearer from the start, but the exchange itself was smooth and the team seemed really friendly. I’d definitely order from lounge again.

"Arrived Way Faster Than Expected"
It showed up really fast, like, I ordered it and then suddenly it was here. I was still half-thinking about where I was going to put it, and the package was already at my door. No complaints at all, just kind of surprised in a good way

"Pretty easy experience overall"
Had a little issue with my order, so I messaged customer service and didn’t expect much. They replied faster than I thought and were really nice about it. Not gonna get into all the details, but they fixed it without turning it into a big thing, which I appreciated. I’d probably order from them again.

"Really good value for the price"
I’ve ordered from Lounge a few times now, i’ve been impressed. The sets feel really nice quality and fit well, which makes them feel worth the price.

I was a bit worried they might lose their shape or go weird after washing, but so far they’ve held up really well. They’re not the cheapest out there, but I do think you get good value for what you’re paying.

Delivery was smooth too, and everything arrived nicely packaged. I’d definitely recommend checking them out, especially if there’s a sale on

I had to return an item because the size wasn’t right, and I thought the refund would take a while. In this kind of situation, I mostly care about it being hassle-free, and it really was. The money was back in my account super quickly, with no chasing or stress needed. Really pleased with how smoothly it was handled.

"Nice fit, but I expected better durability"
I ordered a set from Lounge and my first impression was really positive. It looked cute, fit nicely, and felt comfortable enough that I could see myself wearing it regularly.

After a few washes, though, the fabric started feeling thinner and one of the seams came a bit loose. Maybe I was expecting a little more because of the price, but it just didn’t feel like it held up as well as it should. I’d say 3 stars feels about right...

"Comfy and surprisingly supportive"
I got a set from Lounge i’m really happy with it. It actually gives me support without digging in, and the shape looks nice under tops too. I wasn’t expecting it to be this comfortable, but it’s definitely been a pleasant surprise. I can see myself reaching for it a lot and probably buying another set soon.

"Got my size finally"
I was waiting for my size to come back in stock and, it came back quicker than I thought it would. I ordered it right away and checkout didn’t do that annoying thing where it suddenly says no stock. So yeah, happy with it overall.

"Sizing is actually consistent!!"
I’ve ordered from Lounge a few times now, and honestly... the sizing has been super consistent every single time!! I don’t have to play that annoying guessing game of sizing up or down like I do with some other brands. Everything I’ve gotten has fit exactly how I expected, which makes ordering online SO much less stressful!!! Really happy with it

I ordered my usual size and was really happy with how it fit. No awkward gaps, no tight spots, just comfortable right away. I’ve bought from Lounge a few times now and the rewards are actually decent. The points came through quickly, and I used mine to get money off my next set, so that was a nice little bonus. It wasn’t one of those schemes where you have to do a million things before it’s useful, which I appreciated. Delivery was fine as well, no issues there. It just makes me more likely to order again, because if you’re already buying stuff then.....

I found what I was looking for really quickly, the pages loaded without any issues, and checkout was simple. No annoying extra steps or weird hoops to jump through, which I really appreciated. Fair warning though: it’s so easy to order that you might end up buying sooner than you planned.
