I already shoped a lot by louge underwear. The products are high quality and the service is super fast and nice.
However I have noticed when I write in the chat (help hub), I don't get a push notification (exept an email from the chat history), which means I don't see when there already is a reply.

Lauren helped me very fast and kindly to change the order (cause i ordered the wrong size). Very easy and pleasing. Thank you!

Company is quick to ship orders, always including new promotions in emails. Fast and courtesy customer service from their support team as well.
I had placed an order and the tracking did not work and contacted support and spoke with Becky. Becky was quick to supply me with a link with a working tracking number and I was able to see when my order would be delivered! Becky was courtesy, responsive, and easy to work with!

Lounge truly has the best quality lingerie I have ever owned. They are so prompt with shipping and when needing help the customer service team have been amazing! The last time I reached out Jessica and Charlotte on the team were so friendly and helpful. I have recommend Lounge to a few of my friends and they were not disappointed 🤩
